As of September 1, 2019, any returns MUST be accompanied by a receipt.

Due to the nature of embroidery and custom decoration, if you purchased an item and brought it into the shop for decoration, you will be signing a waiver form. If your item was damaged in the process of decorating, you may be required to show proof of purchase. IF proof of purchase cannot be obtained, then you will receive a like item in its replacement.
